  • administration of BLIK System components,
  • cooperation with Participants in terms of connecting them to the System,
  • cooperation with technical service providers for the System's infrastructure,
  • cooperation with other BLIK organizational departments for maintenance and delivery of the System's services,
  • handling of service and incidental (failures) requests from BLIK Participants and technical service providers,
  • handling of incidents during night duty and on holidays.

  • basic proficiency in systems management automation,
  • knowledge of scripting languages found in UNIX systems,
  • communicative profciency of English,
  • availability for shift work from Monday to Friday between 07:00-20:00 (8h a day),

You can contact the Data Protection Officer in all matters relating to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights related to data processing.

Purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

The purpose of processing your data is:

  • conducting the recruitment process by the data Controller,

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • the legal provision - to the extent specified by the Labour Code,
  • your consent - only if it is on a legally permitted basis and to the extent that is not covered by the Labour Code.
Data retention period

The Controller will store your personal data until the recruitment process is completed or until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data.

If you consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, the Controller will store your data until your consent is withdrawn or for a period of 1 year from the date of providing your data in your CV or cover letter to PSP.

Data recipients

The Controller will transfer your personal data to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller as part of services related to the recruitment of employees or the provision of IT systems for recruitment purposes - such entities process personal data on the basis of a contract with the Controller and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

The Controller will not transfer your personal data to other entities. The Controller will also transfer your personal data to entities cooperating with PSP in supporting the employment administration process, i.e. InCorpore sp. z o.o. in Warsaw in order to manage your employee files and perform the employment contract, including settlements of remuneration, social security benefits and taxes related to employment, on the basis of a concluded HR service contract.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have:

  • the right to withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal, as well as
  • the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive from the Controller your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data.

Information on the obligation to provide data and the consequences of not providing it

The obligation to provide personal data is a statutory requirement to the extent specified in the provisions of the Labour Code (Article 221 §1 of the Labour Code). Without providing this data, you cannot take part in the recruitment process.
