Your data will be processed for the purpose of:

  • enabling CCG to send press releases containing information of a marketing, commercial and informational nature regarding products and services of CCG and entities cooperating with CCG.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, i.e. the basis referred to in Art. 6 sec. 1(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 GDPR.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be processed for the duration of your subscription to CCG press releases or until you withdraw your consent to receiving these messages.

Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data at the request of CCG, including IT service providers or marketing agencies - such entities process data on the basis of a contract with CCG and only in accordance with CCG's instructions.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to access your data and the right to request rectification, deletion and processing restrictions.

To the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

To the extent that your data is processed on the basis of consent - you also have the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from CCG in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data administrator.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
