BLIK available on the Stripe platform - growing popularity of polish mobile payment in the global e-commerce

Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform for businesses and BLIK, Polish mobile payment system, successively develop their cooperation. As a result, Stripe’s customers can now offer BLIK for online payments on their websites, without any additional integration efforts. To add this solution to their mix of payment methods, they only need to activate BLIK in their Payments Settings dashboard, without any further actions required. This simplicity and convenience in implementing the solution makes it now the most popular payment method in Poland on Stripe, with a high average daily conversion rates between 93% and 95%.

Millions of companies – from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow  revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Headquartered in San Francisco and Dublin, the company aims to increase the GDP of the internet. Stripe’s customers include global tech leaders like Google, Salesforce, and Shopify, traditional enterprises like Ford and Maersk, and Polish tech companies like Docplanner and Booksy.

We are happy that BLIK is now available to Stripe users across Europe. It has become the first choice of online payments in Poland, and global payment platform providers like Stripe should make sure that their customers are able to use their favorite payment method. The results of the average conversion rate, which on Stripe in Poland is approximately 94%, give us reason to be satisfied, although we expect further growth

– says Magdalena Kubisa, Director of Business Development at BLIK.

As a global company, Stripe cares a lot about making the most popular payment methods around the world available to Stripe’s customers. BLIK is an important milestone for us, not only for our Polish customers, but also for the many international companies eager to do business in Poland

– says Marcin Misztal, Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Stripe.
